I did Exercise for Every Body with Barry Lovelace (the 2nd volume). Of course, I'd heard about it from the
GD thread. I like it. Very straight forward, brisk and no-frills. A little reminiscent of Joyce Vedral in his "get it
done" manner. The setting is very tranquil, with rolling farmland and chirping birds. Barry is an interesting
character--something like military man/nature vegan/workout trainer all in one! Tattoos and nature,
bulging biceps and crew cut plus chirping birds.
