Concentrating on children and families in need across the country, Barry will promote fitness and kindness. The goal of 'Fitness 4 A Cause' is to make life easier for the organizations Barry will be working with and make life better for the people of the organization. What should I expect on the day of a Fitness 4 A Cause event? The day will start with a 30 minute fitness class designed for ALL levels of fitness. Following the class there will be an intermission. During the intermission is when funds or items will be accepted for the organization. Barry will also be selling his DVDs at a discounted price along with an autograph session. The event will end with Barry talking about what is on most everyone's mind - Health & Fitness. Barry will be discussing the latest fads to stay away from along with proper exercise and proper nutrition to be the healthiest person you can be. |
