Forgot what repetition you were on? Don't Worry - there is a convenient count down clock
so that you NEVER have to worry about what repetitions you are on.
   

    What you need to become a NEW YOU!

Items suggested: Light dumbbells, medicine ball, swiss ball, bench (step style)
THESE ITEMS ARE NOT MANDATORY
Dumbbells can simply be replaced with soup cans or water bottles. The medicine ball can
be replaced with a bag of sugar or flour. A chair can be used instead of a Swiss ball. Your
floor can be a substitute for the Step style bench.

                        TIME                     

The entire DVD is approximately 60 minutes. The Warm-Up and the three Circuits are
approximately 30 minutes. The Ab section is approximately 20 minutes. If you feel that the
warm-up and the three circuits is too much time, a suggestion is to perform the warm-up,
2 circuits and half of the ab section. This will also give you a great workout!
